Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your right to change your mind

If you buy from us online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You may use a cancellation form if you wish, but you do not have to.

Returning cancelled goods

If you want to return an item within the 14-day cancellation period, please email [email protected].

Refunds for cancelled orders

If you cancel your order in line with this policy, we will refund:

  • the price you paid for the goods; and
  • the basic outbound delivery cost you paid when ordering.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and function.

If the goods have been handled more than necessary and this reduces their value, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that loss in value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your legal rights are separate from the cancellation rights above.

If the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem before returning the item.

We will then provide return instructions and the appropriate return address where needed.

If there is a problem with the goods, we will deal with it in line with your legal consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
